Yes, candidates do need to be in the system. As long as they are already registered in the Guhuza network, a partner job board database, or an integrated applicant tracking system, they are ready to be pinged.

Guhuza powers the live interview infrastructure behind major partner job boards. When you have a profile or resume on a partner platform, our engine simultaneously scans those databases the moment an employer initiates a search.

If a candidate is not available the moment the notification drops, they can still indicate their interest. The recruiter will still see their resume and profile and can always reach back out later if the position is still open.

While Guhuza does have an app, candidates do not need to download anything or create a password to jump into an interview they’ve been invited to.

If a technical glitch or dropped connection happens mid-interview, both parties can easily reconnect using the same secure session link, ensuring a minor hiccup doesn't derail the conversation.
