What does GUHUZA mean?
The word GUHUZA means “To Connect” in Rwandan.
Why did we create the platform?
Traditional hiring processes are slow and time-consuming involving many steps that sometimes lead to disappointing results.

The development of the COVID-19 pandemic has completely changed and continues to change the recruiting process.

Job seekers can make changes to their resume by logging into their account.
How do we remove an unsuitable candidate from the job list?
Job seekers will continue to show in your waiting room on the right hand side as a candidate forever, but will not be available for interview.
