Can I buy a test or assessment for personal use?
Skills testing is only available to employers who are hiring and wish to assess candidates during the recruitment process. Tests cannot be purchased for personal use.
How soon can I assign a job seeker a skills test or assessment after purchasing it?
Once an employer purchases a skills test or assessment, it can be assigned to a job seeker immediately. Employers do not need to monitor the test while the job seeker completes it.
Is there a subscription for skills testing or just live interviews?
At this time, there are no subscription options available for background screening or skills testing. Each background check and skills test is purchased individually, with pricing based on the specific check or test selected.
How can I access my skills tests results?
To access your skills test results, employers need to log into their Guhuza account.
Who owns Guhuza?
Guhuza is a private Canadian company with Executive Offices in Mississauga, Ontario, and a Development Team based in Markham, Ontario.

Yes, employers can try Guhuza at no cost when they sign up for a live interview subscription. This free trial is available to first‑time users and lasts for 30 days. After the trial ends, employers can choose from pay‑as‑you‑go, monthly, or annual live interview subscriptions.
Why do you call your users “Guhuzians?”
The word "Guhuza" means "to connect" in Rwandan. It felt like the perfect fit for a platform built around bringing job seekers and employers together in a meaningful way.
